THE CONWELL LENGTH ADJUSTABLE ROM ELBOW BRACE is indicated for post-operative immobilization of the elbow joint.
❶ Adjust the hinge bars length to fit patient's need. The normal length is from 14 to 16.5 inches. The top and bottom parts of the hinge bars can be taken down when necessary and the shortest length can be up to 10.5 inches(Fig A).
❷ Push the button to enable hinge bar length adjustment(Fig B).
❸ Unfasten all the straps. Locate the hinge on the outer elbow and make sure the hinge pivot center is located over the lateral humeral epicondyle(Fig C).

❹ Secure the 4 straps in the sequence of (1)-(4) (Secure the two inner straps that are closer to the elbow first.)(Fig D)
❺ Adjust shoulder strap to suitable length(Fig E).
❻ Fix buckle on the handling bar(Fig F).
❼ It's necessary to modify the length of strap when overlength. disengage the hook & loop which is the nearest to you . cut the remain part by scissors, then fasten the hook & loop back to proper place again(Fig G).
HOW TO SET THE ROM MECHANISM :
❽ Rotate the grey knob of the ROM mechanism and make the arrow on it pointing to unlock symbol (Fig H) Turn the yellow and white buttons to the desired extension and flexion setting(Fig I) .
