Directions for use

• Sit comfortably in a chair.
• Wear the cuff around your arm above the elbow and below the shoulder.
• Position the stethoscope on the cuff.
• Inflate the cuff.
• Observe and listen for any sounds.
• Read the reading off the mercurial scale.
• Repeat on the other arm if needed.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

• Empty the bladder before taking a blood pressure reading.
• Sit in a comfortable chair with back-support for an accurate blood pressure reading.
• Put both feet flat on the ground and keep the legs uncrossed while taking a blood pressure reading.
• Do not inflate the cuff excessively.
• Ensure you wear the right size cuff.

Safe to use in pregnant women.
